With over twenty years of experience owning and developing real estate, Mr. Atkins founded ASP in 2011. From 2002-2011, Mr. Atkins was a principal in The Atkins & Breskin Company, a privately held real estate investment firm. He began his real estate career in 1997 as a real estate attorney at the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York City. From 1999 to 2002, he was a Vice President at Vornado Realty Trust, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate firms, and served as General Counsel of its New York Office Division. He holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in political science from Columbia College. Mr. Atkins is a two-time national fencing champion.

Alex joined Abingdon Square Partners in 2017. He is primarily responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities. Prior to Abingdon Square Partners, Alex was an associate at IDS Real Estate Group, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment company. At IDS Alex worked in acquisitions and asset management, with a focus on industrial, office, and retail assets in Southern California and San Francisco. Previously, Alex held roles in New York with Ackman-Ziff in their capital advisory group and in Los Angeles with Ernst & Young (EY) in their real estate assurance practice. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and received a M.B.A from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Milton oversees all development and construction management activities for Abingdon Square Partners; through acquisition, design, budgeting, construction and delivery for all the firm’s ongoing and pipeline projects. Milton began his career as Assistant Project Manager for Metra, a vertically integrated real estate development firm in Mexico City, focusing mostly on mix-use developments. Thereafter, at Invex as an investment associate, he underwrote and led the development of multiple investments in real estate and infrastructure. He received his BS in Civil Engineering from University Iberoamericana and his Master in Business Administration degree from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Stacy Sperling has been a bookkeeper in real estate for more than 10 years. She worked for Atkins & Breskin, Co. from 2008-2016 and for Abingdon Square Partners since its inception. She holds a BFA from SUNY Purchase.
